OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services operated by Tawakul Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Our store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Tawakul Studio.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & USE
You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all purchases and account registrations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accounts may not be transferred, assigned, or shared.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
All Tawakul Studio pieces are made-to-order premium tempered glass artworks.
We strive to present products as accurately as possible. However:
• Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
• Minor variations in finish or tone may occur due to the production process.
• Each piece is individually produced and may have subtle natural distinctions.
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to:
• Accept or decline any order
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud
• Refuse service at our discretion
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
Purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold without written permission.
SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified.
Prices exclude:
• Shipping
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges applicable in their country.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
Payment must be successfully processed before order confirmation.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Carriers
• Customs authorities
• Events beyond our control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
Customers must inspect packages upon delivery and report visible damage immediately.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, artwork, designs, imagery, branding, and product compositions are the exclusive intellectual property of Tawakul Studio.
You may not:
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Distribute
• Commercially exploit
Any artwork or content without written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
All rights are reserved.
SECTION 7 – LIMITED WARRANTY
Our products are provided “as is” except as explicitly stated.
We do not guarantee:
• That colors will appear identical across devices
• That the product will match subjective expectations
Warranty claims are limited strictly to manufacturing defects.
SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tawakul Studio shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Installation-related damages
• Improper mounting or misuse
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
SECTION 9 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
Because our pieces are produced to order, returns are limited to:
• Manufacturing defects
• Shipping damage
• Incorrect items received
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies.
SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
