At Tawakul Studio, every piece is produced with precision and intention. We stand behind the quality of our tempered glass artworks.

20-Day Quality Assurance

You may request a return within 20 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The item received differs from the product description

  • There is a visible manufacturing defect

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved prior to shipment. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will resolve the matter promptly and professionally.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our production process, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Made-to-order artworks

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If approved, you may place a new order once your return is processed.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
